To be rescheduled
Those waiting for the next swathe of Nexus devices will have to wait a little longer, as Google has postponed the New York event as the threat of Hurricane Sandy has resulted in a state of emergency.?
With the Nexus launch scheduled for Monday 29 October, It's a last minute change of plans for Google, but we'd expect to hear new plans very soon, to keep customers, retailers and networks happy, as they clamour for the latest pure breed Android devices.?
The rumours have been flowing for a while now, with both the Nexus 4, from LG and the Nexus 10 tablet, from Samsung, expected to make an appearance.
It was also anticipated that the new devices would launch with an incremental update to Android Jelly Bean, rolling with the 4.2 version number.?

It's not the first time that Google has changed plans at the last minute. Back in October 2011, Google and Samsung postponed the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
